Booking Policy

  • A service booking is requested through contacting Alan via email, phone on 0274 318 675 or the website book form and confirming the make and model. If possible send a photo when you make the booking, and Alan will be in touch to organise a time.
  • Before the agreed day and time of the service, Alan will send a text reminder asking you to confirm the booking.
  • You need to reply and confirm the booking, for the booking to proceed. If you don’t confirm the booking at the agreed day and time will not proceed.
  • If you confirm the booking, Alan will arrive at the agreed day and time and complete the service.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due in full on completion of the agreed service.
  • After the initial safety check, Alan will give you a detailed report of the safety and any repairs or servicing required with a quote to complete. Most repairs can be completed on the spot because he carries the parts in the van.
  • Payment is made using EFTPOS before Alan leaves.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel the service booked, please give us as much notice as possible. 
  • Contact Alan by phone at 0274 318 675 or email alan@chimneymagic.co.nz if it is out of regular business hours.
  • A booking that is not confirmed, or has been cancelled will not proceed.

Updates to these Policies

We may make changes to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy from time to time, but it won’t make material changes to the way we process or handle your personal information without contacting you.
